Travis Scott’s “UTOPIA” achieves Gold status in Germany

American rapper Travis Scott has achieved Gold status in Germany with his fourth studio album, “UTOPIA” (released on July 28, 2023). The album has become the best-selling hip-hop album of 2023 in Germany, following the success of his 2018 release, “ASTROWORLD.”

“Utopia” topped the Billboard charts for a month after five years, marking his first album to do so, and is celebrated as one of the most innovative and unique hip-hop albums of all time. Featured artists on the album include Beyoncé, Drake, The Weeknd, as well as 21 Savage, Future, and SZA.
